Components of the Mounting Structures (

  • Mounting systems of PD.2C.8R.2P-200 /10°-35° with range tilt change 10 ~ 35 degrees , which includes:
    • 2 Driven Piles foundations type U , front & Rear , made of Hot Dip Galvanized Steel
    • Rails for changing tilt  made of galvanized steel, made of galvanized steel, 
    • 1 Rafter Rails type  U made of galvanized steel, 
    • Fasteners (Bolts , nuts , washers etc)
  • 4 rows of rails for placing the panels  , type 40x60   made of galvanized steel
  • Connectors for the rails , including  4 bolts, washers and nuts
  • Diagonal Bracings type  " |Χ| " in every table , made of galvanized steel 
  • Mounting Clamps made of stainless steel or aluminum , with stanless steel bolt and plastic isolator betwee the panel and the galvanized rail

Technical Detailes 

  • Length of the table must be no longer than  23 meters (2x22panels) so to be more convinient the procudere of the change

  • Mounting Clamps are made of stainless steel or aluminum
  • The Span of the piles in East-West direction, depents of the snow load and the wind load .
