The DOMOKOS Cluster is a flagship photovoltaic project and one of the most technically demanding solar clusters in Greece, with a total installed capacity of 54 MWp, developed across 27 individual solar parks.

Designed and delivered in highly challenging terrain conditions, the project spans areas with varying elevations and slopes, requiring advanced engineering adaptation and absolute precision in execution.

To meet these challenges, 18 different mounting table designs were engineered and deployed, each one fully customized to match the specific terrain, layout, and inclination of every installation area.

For each table type, dedicated structural calculations were carried out, including snow and wind load analyses, ensuring maximum safety, durability, and long-term performance.

The scale of the project required exceptional logistical coordination, achieved through 85+ scheduled truck deliveries, each assigned to precise delivery dates and time slots, guaranteeing uninterrupted progress on site.

Every shipment was fully coded per project and table type, delivered with detailed packing lists and clearly labeled bundles, indicating project, destination, and contents.

This meticulous approach to packaging, logistics, and production planning ensured seamless synchronization between manufacturing, transportation, and on-site installation.
